I don't normally write reviews but the level of service provided by this hotel totally exceeded my expectation. Staffs were very friendly and attentive. There was complimentary shuttle from hotel to old town. We booked two way but did not take the return trip as we did not know where the boarding place. When we arrived back at the hotel with grab and asked about the boarding place for future reference, the hotel refunded my grab's fare. Never experienced this level of service before even in five stars hotel. Special shoutout to both Kathy and Ame (Guest Relations Officers) for making our stay memorable and comfortable. The hotel itself was new (8 months old) and they rotated most of their breakfast menu every day. We stayed for three nights and had different breakfast everyday. Will definitely come back to see Kathy and Ame if there is opportunity to visit Hoi An again in the future :)

Room was very clean and quite comfortable. Breakfest buffet was not big but had enough variety and the food was tasty. Great location that allowed to stay in quite quiet neighbourhood but i'm walking distance from river and old town. They also offer bicycles free of charge with which you can reach beach in 10-15 minutes or get a nice ride through rice paddies. And most important- service, hotel stuff is very helpfull and polite, as we were leaving hotel very early in the morning,before the breakfest was served, they prepared boxes with some food to eat in the airport for us we got while checking-out. Price is good and hotel is worth every vnd.

Like the name this hotel really is a gem of a place. Having a series of bad stays in our trip to Vietnam, this place really has been the best stay we've had. So good in fact we decided to extend our stay by one night. This place is really worth every penny and facilities have been fantastic. It's been really nice staying in a place where there is hot running water 24/7. The room was very clean and the housekeeping attended to it every single day! The beds were super comfy and we have had some of the best sleeps on this trip at Little Gem. We attended the cooking class at the hotel with chef Yaki and it was fantastic. He took us to the local market which was 10 minutes away, on our bikes that was provided by the hotel. He made us try the local delicacies and they were delicious. We were welcomed back at the hotel with a refreshing drink and we proceeded with the cooking class. The ingredients were all laid out perfectly and we were excited to begin. Chef Yaki explained all the ingredients and methods needed to prepare the lovely dishes. We made fresh spring rolls, deep fried spring rolls and banh xeo: it was a delicious meal. The price was comparable to the other cooking classes in the area, so it's a must do activity! The food at Little Gem was delicious. Breakfast had a great spread which included Vietnamese cuisine, selection of pastries, fresh fruits and continental breakfast. You can guarantee you would leave the hotel full, ready to explore exciting Hoi An. We also tried the set menu for 2 people. The food once again was so flavourful and tasty, the stewed pork with caramel was to die for! All the staff were extremely friendly and very attentive. We want to specially mention Zoe; She was really cute and super cheerful. We really enjoyed all our conversations with her and she made us feel so at home and made sure we were okay at all times.

Sophia in the Restaurant was outstanding in her friendliness and attention towards guests. All other staff could not do enough for you.Rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Lovely little boutique hotel that was just right for a visit to Hoi An. Quiet. Only 7 floors so not too big. From welcome to check out we were treated like Family.Advice from staff was genuine and helpful. Just little touches to lift it above the norm. Would stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Clean, clean, clean!!! We loved our stay here. Amazing staff that helped with everything we needed. Very good breakfast, very good gym, beautiful pool, comfortable rooms, beautiful finishes. Everything was so perfect. And so clean!!
