The lady who checked us in was amazing. She was there all of the time to see to our needs. She booked anything we needed and the hotel loaned us bicycles to ride to old town. It is a short walk or a shorter bike ride to the center of old town. It was lovely place to stay but it was made lovelier by the nice lady who took care of us at the front desk. Hotel was clean and efficient. It was on a busy street but we never heard the traffic. Slept like babies. We would stay here again for sure.

The location was great, but it is the staff that makes this little Hotel exceptional. They can not do enough for you and is just so friendly and kind. We loved the food and drink at the hotel and the view was amazing. Could not enjoy the pool as the weather was not so good but it is still a lovely spot to relax in good weather.

This hotel is really beautiful and comfortable. We spent 5 nights here and got an immediate update upon check in. 2. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a cute balcony overlooking the pool. 3. I really loved the location which was not too central. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the centre which I liked as I enjoy walking and being active but it rained everyday so we had to use a grab which was super cheap. 4. Breakfast was included in the booking and included a wide variety of options 5. They have a beautiful pool which unfortunately I did not get to use due to the rain, it didn’t stop all of us though as I saw many guests swimming :D 6. The happy hour drinks were fantastic 7. They have free umbrellas to use 8. The staff were super helpful and made sure we had a fantastic stay

White House Central Villa has free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and bar in Hoi An. This 3-star hotel offers a concierge service and a tour desk. Very clean new hotel. Great location close to old town but far enough to be quiet. Staff are very accommodating and nice.

Little Gem. An Eco-Friendly Boutique Hotel & Spa has free bikes, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Hoi An. - Rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. Especially the bathroom amenities and the bed that gave us huge comfort throughout the trip - Staffs were exceptional and actually the gem. Everyone was so supportive from the moment you walk in, and behaved so nicely and warm-heartedly. All of our requests were processed quickly. - Breakfast was nice and neat. One plus point here is that all of the services are high quality at very reasonable prices. - The location is abt 1km from the old-quarters, was actually another plus point because the surrounding areas are quiet for rest. If you're up for strolling, there's a straight road to the heart of oldquarters, otherwise they would provide free bikes.

I would like to thank everyone especially the one who helped me a lot. Her name is Bella. She speak fluent English. Though I had to ask many requests, her attitude was very kind and polite. I don’t sense any negative feelings by her response at all. She even gave a phone call when I was about too late to leave since I booked a pick up through the hotel. All the staffs are very nice. The room was very clean. The room has a tub which is the main reason I chose this hotel. Also as they recommended me, the food in the restaurant was also very good. The free breakfast was marvelous. The bad point is I stayed only one night. I will definitely visit there again! Thank you so much!

Clean, clean, clean!!! We loved our stay here. Amazing staff that helped with everything we needed. Very good breakfast, very good gym, beautiful pool, comfortable rooms, beautiful finishes. Everything was so perfect. And so clean!!
