Reception girls Hoang & Kha were always happy and smiling. Both spoke good English and very helpful. Good hotel on the edge of tourist area with plenty of eating places, but hotel was very quiet. Ive used this hotel each year when I visit HCMC.

Duc Vuong Saigon Hotel - Bui Vien is just 400 metres from 23/9 Park and provides free WiFi access in public areas. This hotel was a great value for the price. We were just looking for a place to stay for one night, and the location was perfect - right near the city center and all the major attractions. The staff was extremely helpful, and they even offered to hold our luggage after check-out so we could continue exploring the area without having to lug our bags around. The location was the real highlight - there were tons of restaurants and dining options just steps away from the hotel, which was super convenient. The only downside was that the breakfast options were a bit limited, but that wasn't a dealbreaker for us. Overall, this hotel was the perfect choice for our short stay. The price was very reasonable, the location couldn't be beat, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for travelers who want to be close to the action without spending a fortune.

It is a couple of minutes walk from walking street, bars, supermarkets etc, and there are laundries, bars etc on your doorstep. It is in an alley, so it is quiet, and it is within a 30 minute walk of all the main sights. Lots of tour agency offices are just up the road, and the hotel arrange them too. Ask for room cleaning / coffee / water etc if you need it - the staff are helpful.
