They go above and beyond to help you, are kind, professional, and good people who truly represent their country well. We were sad to say goodbye to them! The hotel and location was great and within walking distance to many attractions. The breakfast is outstanding. The building and rooms are exceptionally clean, and staff is always cleaning everywhere - truly amazing! We will absolutely stay here again, and may consider returning just to experience the incredible service again.

The room I had was upgraded, and while the bathroom was a little older looking it was very clean and tidy. The receptionist Lin(?) really was very sweet and helpful even when I wasn't in the greatest mood. The room overlooks an alley which has the bustle of everyday life. The madam at breakfast is super friendly and efficient getting your order done. Try the pineapple jam, it's delicious.

Staff was extremely nice and welcoming! Our room was spacious and modern. We also had a nice little seating area on the balcony. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options: pho, banh mi, croissant, cereal, coffee, juice, fruit etc. The location of this hotel is great. Lots of shops and restaurants right around the corner, the Ben Thanh market is just a 10-15 minute walk away, 10 minutes to the post office etc.

The room is clean and pretty newly updated.the roof top swimming pool was clean with an excellent view. Air con is really cold.
