Ideally situated in the middle of Queens, Hyatt Place Long Island City offers free WiFi and a fitness centre. Amazing location! I felt safe walking around the area at all times of the day (whether it would be early in the morning or midnight). The hotel was also super close to a couple of subway stations, which made it very convenient to get around. My hotel room was also very clean and comfortable with a nice view of the Queens neighbourhood. The breakfast was decent too.

Feather Factory Hotel offers accommodation in Long Island City. All rooms are fitted with a TV with cable channels. All rooms include a private bathroom fitted with a bath or shower. We really loved our stay in Feather Factory Hotel. The staff is really helpful and friendly. They welcome you when you arrive and if you have any questions they don’t hesitate to help. The location was perfect, the hotel is in Queens. Really close to the metro what is an amazing way to go to the city center of NY in 10/15 minutes you’re in the heart of New York. But also if you arrive from the airport by train or metro is just a small walk to the hotel. The rooms are clean and have big windows what makes the room really bright and you will have a good view over Queens and even New York City. The bed was also perfect and after a busy day in the city you could sleep here in all silence and rest. Before booking the hotel we saw some reviews about noise of the trains, but to be honest we didn’t had any difficulties with the noise of the trains. The bathrooms are clean and there are new towels every day. For a nice price you could book breakfast with your stay. This was a perfect breakfast they have everything you would like and more important they don’t waste food. They will make your breakfast personally for you. This really made us happy to see that there is no waste of food. If you were hungry or craving a snack they had a small shop were you could buy anything from drinks to pepto bismol :). Really Really nice! Queens was a really nice suburb. We also had one dinner in here, what gave us a nice impression of the queens instead of only New York City. We both felt really save in the neighbourhood from the hotel. If we ever go back to New York we will directly book here.
