This is a wonderful hotel! And the staff are top notch! The location is fantastic, I runned every morning and the Central Park is just across the street. The staff pushed the button for me in the elevator, and every time the staff came out and greeted me with a smile and a lovely chat. The rooms are so beautiful, spacious and tasteful! Always tidy and clean! The most wonderful thing I have ever experienced! I love what I had with my daughter!

Attractively situated in the Upper East Side district of New York, Luxe Studio w Juliet Balcony in Upper East is set 1.8 km from St Patrick's Cathedral, 2 km from Rockefeller Center and 2 km from... Customer service was exceptionally good with prompt communication and excellent follow up. Good kitchen and appliances. Location very good .... and also not so good. E 62nd St seems to be one of the main feeder roads for FDR Dr from the Queensboro Bridge so is busy with lots of traffic noise (incl vehicle horns) all night long. Older building so poor acoustic insulation exacerbates this issue. An excellent diner (the 'Ritz Diner') a short walk away on the corner on E 62nd St and 1st Ave is worth a visit for that quintessential New York diner experience.
