I loved the independence of renting an apartment and living like a New Yorker in the City. The bed was extremely comfortable with the softest bedding ever. The facilities were good there was a stove and oven; microwave, coffee machine and all the crockery, glasses , pots and pans you would need for your stay. there were ironing facilities; also a washer and dryer in the corridor, which came in very useful. The shower was very good. The apartment was clean. I also felt that the communications with the team was good considering everything was online. We had never used the Latch app before but it was an easy method of gaining entry into the front door and the apartment but don't go out without your phone. We liked the location which was not far from Central Park and Museum Mile but it was also located in an interesting area with good restaurants, cafes and bars.

Attractively situated in the Upper East Side district of New York, Luxe Studio w Juliet Balcony in Upper East is set 1.8 km from St Patrick's Cathedral, 2 km from Rockefeller Center and 2 km from... We were in town for work and this location was exactly where we needed to be! It was a short uber ride to our destination and there were things to do within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good size apartment Great toaster , kettle , coffee maker, microwave and lots of pots and pans. Big cooker and oven and a large fridge freezer. Dining table and chairs and a sitting room area. Very comfy bed and very quiet. Trader Joes for food shopping 5 mins away and a lovely 24 hour diner 3 mins away. Easy area to pick up Taxis.
