Protea Hotel Courtyard is situated in Dar es Salaam, the financial hub of Tanzania. The Julius Nyerere International Airport is 12 km from the hotel. It features a swimming pool and a fitness centre. There were so many great things about this hotel- the facility is so charming with all the woodwork and stained glass lighting, the outdoor space around the pool is a great place to hang out. Staff were wonderful and so helpful. We even had a custom cooked dinner on our last night and they agreed to keep our luggage while we went on safari for 5 days!! Breakfast was wonderful with so many options. Our room was very large, spacious and comfortable.

Great location, design, amazing staff and service from reception to concierge to restaurant to room service to housekeeping to laundry! Everyone was so lovely, polite, helpful and professional. Great pool area too and lovely spa I’m gutted to miss. Lots of great restaurants and food options plus a great bar. Breakfast was fantastic! A really wide and tasty range. Also the restaurants do themed nights on various days and I was fortunate enough to catch the African Night and I couldn’t recommend it enough! There was loads of great food, a great atmosphere (packed with locals) and a brilliant live band. It was a bargain too. In fact, I thought the whole stay was great value for money. Loved it! Great atmosphere too! I’ll be back.

Holiday Inn Dar Es Salaam City Centre is located in the business district just a 5-minute drive from nearby banks, embassies and shops. extremely very good staff. special roof top and food was delicious even breakfast is amazing. lots of options for dinner.
