This place is amazing. We stayed here for our last two days in Chiang Mai during the lantern festival and I almost didn’t want to leave the room. We had a two bedroom private pool room and it was amazing. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is super friendly and the food is very good. I hope I get to stay here again the next time I visit Thailand!!

Exceptionally clean! I’ve never seen a hotel room that was that impeccable before. The maintenance staff are superb. The front office staff and resto staff are exceptionally friendly, kind and professional. To the point that the bows felt like a bit too much, Im not royalty you know but it felt that way sometimes. The room is MASSIVE. It felt like way too much space for me. But then I grew to love it, the natural light, the views, the soundproofing, the complimentary water, the fresh towels every single day. I took full advantage and had my sheets changed every other day. They are high quality cotton and felt very nice to the touch. Same with the pillows. Everything was high quality from beginning to end. This hotel is very well managed and maintained. The staff are on point and it felt like some of the 5 star stays I’ve enjoyed while travelling in SE Asia. I cooked every day while I was there. It well enough stoked with new pans and pots. The fridge is spotless, the cooktop was great too. There are vendors right around the corner with some goodies if one was adventurous enough to try. I WISH I had more time. Unfortunately, I had to cut my time short but they were so gracious about it and were on top of adjusting my bill despite the policy from the booking.com app

Room was spacious and location is great. Loved the hospitality of the staff there. Really helpful and great service mind.

Villa Korbhun Khinbua ligger en 10-minutters spasertur fra varehuset Central Kad Suan Keaw, og tilbyr moderne Lanna-inspirerte rom med klimaanlegg og gratis Wi-Fi. Family run hotel, superfriendly and always ready to help. They gave us a lot of information and if we needed something, it was arranged immediatly, such as tips and transport for the lantern festival and transportation to Pai. The room was superclean, everyday clean towels (soft and packed seperate in plastic bags which we loved!) + it was cleaned every day. Location was perfect: just outside of the really busy Old Town. If you want a good night's rest, definitly choose this hotel. 7 eleven right across the street! Can not recommend it more, it deserves 5 stars!
