The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is near the old town and located beside a main street but it’s like an oasis once you walk in. Very quiet and nice. The swimming pool is great and fruits are provided at the pool side during happy hour (2pm~4pm everyday) And the breakfast definitely cannot be missed! Variety of breakfast is amazing. You can have many Thailand dishes and also western style such as omelets, bread and salad. Highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely go back next time when I visit Chiangmai.

Well situated in the centre of Chiang Mai, POR Thapae Gate offers air-conditioned rooms, free bikes, free WiFi and an outdoor swimming pool. Utrolig hyggelig personale, som var veldig behjelpelige. Fin og avslappet atmosfære, god frokost og flott beliggenhet. Rent og fint, og supert at det er vannautomat, kaffe og frukt tilgjengelig hele døgnet. Fine fellesarealer med basseng som det var deilig å avkjøle seg i. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

Authentic, perfectly located in the middle of the old city with close proximity to a variety of attractions. Most importantly, the staff were very helpful in making our journey and trips as remarkable as they could be.

Beautiful little hotel with comfy beds, and a great breakfast. For four days it felt like home. 10-15 minutes walk from centre. Wonderful and kind family that owns the hotel. Good value for money and we will definitely come back.

This property was perfect. Centrally located in Old Town, its super easy to get around, walk to local street food and shops and the waterfront markets and Chinatown. Great pool, restaurant served a delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Well maintained.

The staff at the hotel were warm and friendly, making the stay feel welcoming from the start. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of choices that were all delicious—a great way to start the day. The room featured a well-set-up TV. Additionally, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and clean, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
