The room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is near the old town and located beside a main street but it’s like an oasis once you walk in. Very quiet and nice. The swimming pool is great and fruits are provided at the pool side during happy hour (2pm~4pm everyday) And the breakfast definitely cannot be missed! Variety of breakfast is amazing. You can have many Thailand dishes and also western style such as omelets, bread and salad. Highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely go back next time when I visit Chiangmai.

We stayed here mostly for the location, but found this to be one of the best, if not the best, hotels we have ever stayed. We appreciate the sustainability efforts made all round the hotel, from the water stations on each floor to the almost elimination of plastics. The design of the rooms and pool, although compact, are thoughtful with the emphasis on practicality. The staff are an energetic, motivated young crew who make you welcome and included, nothing appears to be too much effort. Breakfasts are provided and are equal in quality to any restaurant in the city. A credit to the in house chef, no wonder she is so proud of the spread each morning. Fruit, water and coffee and teas are available all day in the foyer, another reason to engage with the staff.

This property was perfect. Centrally located in Old Town, its super easy to get around, walk to local street food and shops and the waterfront markets and Chinatown. Great pool, restaurant served a delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Well maintained.

Room was big. All day water and coffee/tea facilities was an enormous positive - specially since it was so hot. Water in the room was plentiful. Pool was great. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was standard but good.
