This hotel and resort is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited in my life, a place of rest, relaxation and recovery. The truth is that all the hotel staff, from the reception, the restaurant staff, the café staff, and the room service, want to serve you and enjoy serving you. The reception was very excellent and easy. They welcomed us with juices and gifts. The room registration procedures did not take a minute, and even the check-out procedures really did not take me a minute. If I want to visit the residents of Mi, I will visit this hotel again.

Located in Chiang Mai, BED Changkian offers free Wi-Fi in all areas and a 24-hour reception. Free parking is also available. The breakfast menu was very delicious and exceeded our expectations. It consist of meticulously prepared, carefully curated, locally sourced dishes and fresh produce. We had unlimited supply of complimentary bottled drinking water, freshly brewed coffee & tea. The room was very spacious and very clean. The hotel design is modern Zen with very good ventilation, surrounded with lush trees & shrubs, with audible chirping of birds. It is accessible to Grab. The BED Team were excellent, very friendly, approachable, ready to assist & gave an extra mile to address our concerns such as suggesting must go places and even contacting us for our lost and found item after we had already checked out. So far, our recent stay in BED Changkian was the best value in terms of service & overall hotel experience we ever had. From our family, we would like to extend our special thanks and heartfelt appreciation to the BED Team who have made our stay an unforgettable experience: PAI, FRAME, VIC, PATTIE, BRING, AONG, CHEF ATS, KING, MON and all the entire BED Changkian Team. And of course we would like to thank our feline friends PUI WAN and MESSY for waiting for us during breakfast, before we go out and upon returning. We will all miss you. I’ve never seen a hotel room that was that impeccable before. The maintenance staff are superb. The front office staff and resto staff are exceptionally friendly, kind and professional. To the point that the bows felt like a bit too much, Im not royalty you know but it felt that way sometimes. The room is MASSIVE. It felt like way too much space for me. But then I grew to love it, the natural light, the views, the soundproofing, the complimentary water, the fresh towels every single day. I took full advantage and had my sheets changed every other day. They are high quality cotton and felt very nice to the touch. Same with the pillows. Everything was high quality from beginning to end. This hotel is very well managed and maintained. The staff are on point and it felt like some of the 5 star stays I’ve enjoyed while travelling in SE Asia. I cooked every day while I was there. It well enough stoked with new pans and pots. The fridge is spotless, the cooktop was great too. There are vendors right around the corner with some goodies if one was adventurous enough to try. I WISH I had more time. Unfortunately, I had to cut my time short but they were so gracious about it and were on top of adjusting my bill despite the policy from the booking.com app

We loved everything about this place. The location was easy to get everywhere around town, but far enough away for a quiet nights sleep. The rooms, bed, breakfast and staff were all excellent. Definitely would recommend staying here when in Chang Mai.
