Desk staff were very knowledgeable about the area. They even gave us a one way metro ticket. Metro is a five minute walk. Easy to get to central Lisboa.

It was one of (if not the only) hotel in Lisbon with a rooftop pool. You could tell it was 5 star as everything had been thought of and the bathrooms were exceptional. I even got to enjoy a steam before bed in the 24 hour spa.

Located in Lisbon, 300 metres from Gare do Oriente, Moxy Lisboa Oriente provides accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a shared lounge and a bar. What a wonderful experience we had at Moxy! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home with their warmth and kindness. We want to give a special thanks for the incredible detail of decorating the room for my mother's 50th birthday. The love and dedication in every little detail were evident. It was a gesture that touched our hearts and one we will never forget. The service was excellent throughout our stay. Every team member went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Everything was amazing: the comfort of the room, the personalized attention, and every detail meticulously taken care of. We wish we could mention each staff member by name, but we are afraid of missing someone and don't want to get any names wrong because every single one of them was wonderful. All was great, perfect location only 5 minutes to Oriento underground. Too many restaurants around this hotel. Room was clean and quiet, but we have river side windows

The VIP Executive Arts Hotel is an exceptionel good 4* hotel in a nice location with ver, good facilities. The staff is extremely nice and tries to help wherever they can. The size of the rooms if quite good, spacious I would say compared to other hotels I've been to. The bathroom was very nice and looked almost new. In general the quality of cleaning is absolutely top. We received a room on one of the upper floors with an amazing view over the bay. If you are looking for a hotel in the direct city center, this isn't the right place to stay as you need to commute to the center - pleade keep in mind this is not a rating of the location at all, just a hint for other travellers. In fact I definitely recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to stay in this area.
