The location is a few minutes walk from the Oriente station that connects to other locations by bus and by train. The staff was courteous and the room had all the necessary facilities. The view of the river from the room added to the beauty.

I loved everything, the best hotel I’ve stayed at in so long, and I have now finally found a hotel I will stay in regularly when visiting Lisbon, location is perfect for me because its an easy out for the drive back to Algarve, it is clean, my room was beautiful, friendly staff, beautiful views, plenty parking. Loved it I will see you next week 🙏🏻

We want to give a special thanks for the incredible detail of decorating the room for my mother's 50th birthday. The love and dedication in every little detail were evident. It was a gesture that touched our hearts and one we will never forget. The service was excellent throughout our stay. Every team member went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Everything was amazing: the comfort of the room, the personalized attention, and every detail meticulously taken care of. We wish we could mention each staff member by name, but we are afraid of missing someone and don't want to get any names wrong because every single one of them was wonderful.
