Hotel di Parque das Nacoes, Lisbon

Next to the Tagus River, by the tallest tower of Portugal - the emblematic Torre Vasco da Gama, the hotel MYRIAD by SANA with its imposing and majestic sail-shaped design. Beautiful room, decently clean, wonderful views. Slippers, nice towels, comfortable bed and a lovely swing by the window. Great teas and drinks, big terrace, fantastic location with a local bus round the corner taking you to the city center. Wonderful for walking and a quiet stay away from tourists. Lovely staff, way better than years ago. The hotel has improved in my opinion, though the prices also increased significantly. Restaurants don't have the greatest choice, but there's plenty of restaurants around the hotel and of course in the center. Reasonably short walk to the metro Oriente, about 10-15 min, where you have many buses taking you straight to Rossio and Cais do Sodre.

This renovated hotel in the heart of Lisbon’s Parque das Naçoes is surrounded by trendy restaurants. It offers free Wi-Fi, a brand new restaurant and renovated spacious rooms. Nice location. Wonderful and rich breakfast. Perfect view of the river and Vasco de Gama Bridge. I recommend this hotel. If I visit Lisbon next time I will stay here again.

The staff was nice, helpful and welcoming. The room is clean. They have late check out depends on the availability which is very convenient for people who have night flights. They have luggage storage. The breakfast is great.

Hotel Ibis Lisboa Parque das Nações is a quiet Lisbon hotel, a 15-minute drive from the city centre. I don't usually write reviews for a 1 night stay arriving late and leaving early on different flights, but this is the second fantastic Ibis experience I've had in a year (the other in the UK). The updated properties are modern, clean and comfortable both room, bathroom (the shower is HUGE) and communal areas. This hotel in particular the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful, especially in the bar area where food and drink was provided quickly and attentively with a smile on their face. Just three stops on the metro from the airport, in a good location, this is a MUCH better choice for a layover than the few overpriced poor quality hotels by the airport.
