Staying at The Reserve was an absolute dream come true. I was treated with the utmost care feeling like royalty. The room was a haven of comfort, featuring a private swimming pool with ocean views. One of the most memorable experiences was my trip to the airport in the hotel’s Rolls Royce. :) The journey was the perfect way to conclude my stay, leaving me feeling pampered and refreshed in the most luxurious style. The Reserve exceeded all my expectations making it an unforgettable experience.

Fantastic stay on beautiful Madeira. Everything was perfect, the room, the view, the facilities such as pool, gym, restaurant and bar, plus all the staff were very friendly and attentive. There are also plenty of restaurant choices nearby and a slightly longer walk takes you to the old town of Funchal. We would love to come back again.

Hotelul este situat în centrul vechi, aproape de multe din locațiile de vizitat, zona este liniștită, mijloace de transport în apropiere. Personalul extrem de amabil, cald, primitor, deschis pentru a afla informații privind locul de unde venim, iar meniul este variat, bogat, tradițional și internațional. A fost o perioadă relaxantă, în care am beneficiat de energia binefăcătoare a insulei din plin.

Set within tropical gardens on Madeira Island, this charming guesthouse features far-reaching sea views and 2 outdoor seawater pools, one of which is heated in winter period. We enjoyed the facilities on sight (pools, restaurant, bar, game room, sitting areas), the views, the books, helpful and nice staff, gardens, music performances, and the vibe of all the travelers.

Hotelul este foarte bine situat în centrul orașului, la câțiva pași de restaurante, magazine, port. Mobilier vintage, dar confortabil. Terasa de pe acoperiș are o vedere frumoasă. Am avut parcare gratuită la vreo 300 metri de proprietate. Camere mari, curate, patul confortabil. Mic dejun repetitiv, dar consistent, cafea naturală bună. Fructele foarte bune și aromate.
