The breakfast was generous and delicious with freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh bread. It’s located on the main road and has its own parking spot. There’s a bus stop just down the road and it takes about 15min to downtown. It’s stylish but also very comfortable. The view is spectacular, you can see the ocean from the bed, and the whole city of Funchal from the sauna and the balcony.

We immediately fell in love with the view, it's breathtaking. The apartment is nice, spacious and the terrace offers lots of space to relax. Localization is perfect - close to the city center, but you can also easily reach the main road to other cities.

Coming back after a day of exploring to that stunning view was just magical.The apartment was not only clean and spacious, but also had a well-equipped kitchen where we could easily whip up some delicious meals while enjoying the priceless view, that you won’t get in the centre. Just a 5-minute drive away, there's a shopping centre with the freshest fish you can get. And if you want to head to the centre, there's a bus stop just 5 minutes from the apartment that will get you there in 15 minutes for only €3.50 for two people – a steal compared to a €20 taxi ride. The taxi one way from the town is around €10.The host was so friendly and welcoming, greeting us with a beautiful basket of goodies, including wine. We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Funchal. The views are absolutely breathtaking, whether you're starting your day with a coffee or winding down with a glass of wine in the evening. And to top it off, our neighbor even surprised us with a delicious homemade cake! We can't wait to come back to this amazing apartment.
