Hotel St Clair is located just 10 minutes’ drive from central Dunedin. Rooms include flat-screen satellite TV, en suite bathroom with under-floor heating and views of St Clair Beach. Great view from the balcony in a Premier Studio with Ocean View. We could see the beach and sea, and some of the suburbs. The room was very comfortable and well set up. The staff were cheerful and helpful!

Situated on the top level of the iconic building, 'The Hydro', this property is set directly opposite Dunedin's popular St Clair Beach. Great apartment in an amazing location. The views of the beach are fantastic and we loved going to sleep to the sound of the surf.

Andrea was super patient helping us checking in and getting to know the house and the facilities. Very interesting couple where they do all the home decor themselves. Beautiful! Although kitchen wasn’t included in the listing, they were kind enough to allow us to do some simple cooking (boiling food only, no oily, no frying) and be there to see if we need help in the kitchen. We had chats during dinner, where they shared their wine with us. They are very genuine people. Don’t forget to try the home baked cookies they prepped, super good☺️ milk and lemon water was also prepped and chilled in fridge. Although the toilet was a shared one (they use it as well.) it was super clean. oh and the two little cats, Crumpet and Huey 🥹 as cat lovers, we enjoyed so so so so so much playing with them, petting them, having them on bed with us. 😍 If you’re staying in Dunedin, do not hesitate to stay with them. You will have a wonderful trip.

The house is spacious, super clean, and has amazing facilities. The view is stunning! During our stay, my mom accidentally broke the coffee plunger, and they quickly provided a replacement so we could still enjoy our coffee. They even refused to accept a replacement from us. Richard and Rachel were incredibly caring and attentive throughout our stay."

Rosemount B&B by the Sea St Clair is set in Dunedin, 2.5 km from Toitu Otago Settlers Museum. The property features free WiFi. It was like visiting family, so comfortable and such a beautiful view. Had a great time!

Majestic Mansions – Apartments at St Clair is located 50 metres from St Clair Beach, and a 5-minute walk from the seasonal St Clair Salt Water Pool. This was my first time visiting Dunedin. Majestic mansions was a delightful place to stay. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Being in the lovely beach town of St Clair was a perfect respite from the city center.
