Hotel St Clair is located just 10 minutes’ drive from central Dunedin. Rooms include flat-screen satellite TV, en suite bathroom with under-floor heating and views of St Clair Beach. View is gorgeous, room is clean and comfort, has everything we needed. The staff is so friendly and easy to communicate. Easy access to the beach, nice restaurant and cafe nearby just at the corner.

The apartment is directly across the street from St Clair Beach in Dunedin. The esplanade was literally 10 feet away. Absolutely breathtaking beach. Apartment was well equipped, with full kitchen and extra tv room. WiFi was free and worked great. Manager Katherine was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Apartment was chilly but each room had a space heater, and bed had a lovely electric heating pad! Shared laundry facilities were a welcome treat! Photo was taken from the tv room window! Just wow!

Years ago we stayed at the Hotel del Coranado, where "Some Like It Hot" was filmed...Majestic Mansions is smaller, but has the same graceful Victorian charm...simple elegance
