The views are excellent, staff are all nice and easy to communicate. The carpark is easy. The cafe and resturant options are great around the hotel.

Situated in Dunedin and only 500 metres from Saint Clair Beach, Esplanade Apartments features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The apartment itself and the location exceeded anything I was expecting.

Situated on the top level of the iconic building, 'The Hydro', this property is set directly opposite Dunedin's popular St Clair Beach. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! The apartment is directly across the street from St Clair Beach in Dunedin. The esplanade was literally 10 feet away. Absolutely breathtaking beach. Apartment was well equipped, with full kitchen and extra tv room. WiFi was free and worked great. Manager Katherine was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Apartment was chilly but each room had a space heater, and bed had a lovely electric heating pad! Shared laundry facilities were a welcome treat! Photo was taken from the tv room window! Just wow!

"I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Dunedin. The house is spacious, super clean, and has amazing facilities. The view is stunning! During our stay, my mom accidentally broke the coffee plunger, and they quickly provided a replacement so we could still enjoy our coffee. They even refused to accept a replacement from us. Richard and Rachel were incredibly caring and attentive throughout our stay."

Rosemount B&B by the Sea St Clair is set in Dunedin, 2.5 km from Toitu Otago Settlers Museum. The property features free WiFi. Wonderful location, our room had seaview and we woke up with wonderful sunrise. The hosts are so caring, you feel at home. Excellent breakfast!

Majestic Mansions – Apartments at St Clair is located 50 metres from St Clair Beach, and a 5-minute walk from the seasonal St Clair Salt Water Pool. We arrived early after a long flight. We were grateful that the room was ready and Loren was accommodating. We managed to freshen up and have some rest before exploring. The room has everything we need. There’s a mini fridge, cutleries and our room is just next to the laundry room which makes it easier. Beach is a few steps away the apartment with some shops nearby. It was a comfortable and wonderful place, definitely recommended.

El St Clair Holiday House és a uns 7 km del Museu d'Otago i té pati i bullidor d'aigua, a més de vistes al jardí. Easy check in, classic house with modern eletrical appliances and whiteware. Great stay - highly recommended.

Located within the St Clair district in Dunedin, Cozy Coastal Retreat has air conditioning, a patio, and inner courtyard views. Very well set out apartment, all facilities you might want, especially appreciated the quick way some teething issues were resolved. Would highly recommend
