Great view from the balcony in a Premier Studio with Ocean View. We could see the beach and sea, and some of the suburbs. The room was very comfortable and well set up. The staff were cheerful and helpful!

"I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Dunedin. The house is spacious, super clean, and has amazing facilities. The view is stunning! During our stay, my mom accidentally broke the coffee plunger, and they quickly provided a replacement so we could still enjoy our coffee. They even refused to accept a replacement from us. Richard and Rachel were incredibly caring and attentive throughout our stay."

Rosemount B&B by the Sea St Clair is set in Dunedin, 2.5 km from Toitu Otago Settlers Museum. The property features free WiFi. Wonderful location, our room had seaview and we woke up with wonderful sunrise. The hosts are so caring, you feel at home. Excellent breakfast!

Located within the St Clair district in Dunedin, Cozy Coastal Retreat has air conditioning, a patio, and inner courtyard views. Very well set out apartment, all facilities you might want, especially appreciated the quick way some teething issues were resolved. Would highly recommend
