Wow, where do we start.. First of all, the hotel is designed to a very high standard, the rooms are incredibly clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and rich with a wide variety of options to choose from. All the staff of the restaurant were warm and smiling. The reception staff (Abby and Raul) were charming and pleasant, we received us in a warm and pleasant way. The hotel makes sure to give personal attention to every guest. I want to thank everyone. It was amazing and we will definitely return in the future, a good hotel. :)

Rooms are nice with movable beds. Food is great. Wifi is excellent. The beach is nice to spend the day. You have a couple of good restaurants in walkable distance.

Panamera Suites was a hidden gem on Tulum beach. Everything from the ease of check in to the fun beach club and to the good food made for a great stay, will be back. The staff were very accomodating especially as we moved between the beach and the pool/hot tub, shout out to "King David" and Joshua! the Panamera Suites rooms on the beach were beautiful, stay on the first floor if possible and you can walk out your room right into the sand.
