We loved everything about Faisano Nomadas! The hotel is quite beautiful, the room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Javier from reception was incredible, really helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The breakfast on the rooftop (not included) was very convenient as it was the only place we could get coffee at 7am :-) The staff, including the servers at the rooftop resto, were always very helpful. We couldn't try the pool....but would you when there's the ocean and cenotes not too far away ;-)

Amazing hotel, really nice to have lots of space. We booked the apartment style 2 story room for a good deal for a week and loved it. Daily breakfast delivered to your room. Pool area nice. Nicest hotel of our whole trip could really relax in the room.

Excellent hotel in Tulum. Very helpfull and nice staff. Very clean rooms, safe, with super breakfast. Near to the restaurants. To get the beach you need car. The hotel has own parking place , for 10 Dollar / day. The breakfast was wery good, and enough. I would go back. Was everything perfect.

For the price is was the most beautiful place we’ve stayed at! Room was great. The costumer service was phenomenal. Frank made sure we were taken care of, and even arranged a covid test around our time when we didn’t know where to get one. he made our experience amazing.

Great hotel with amazing staff. The room was spacious & always clean. Both pools are great for chilling, while the restaurants were simply special. Shout out to the AMAZING restaurant manager in the morning (Rolando I think) & Martin who were both simply the best.
