The hotel was very nicely decorated, room was clean, very well insulated- no noises from outside and very pleasant temperature even when super hot outside. The stuff was super friendly, professional and helpful. The location is nice if you wanna visit both- Tulum town and the beach- you're in the middle and just a short bike ride to both. There are also several restaurants around + big supermarket. Renting bikes from the hotel was easy and smooth.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We found a great cafe and restaurants just 10 mins walk away and felt perfectly safe walking there and back.

Situato a 3,1 km dal Sito Archeologico di Tulum, il Kimpton - Aluna Tulum offre camere climatizzate. We loved the warm friendly staff! The rooftop pool and cabana was great! We enjoyed some of the complimentary activities like happy hour and yoga. The breakfast buffet was so worth adding to our reservation. A great variety of foods and beverages to choose from! The location was great. Near the Main Street but far enough where it was not loud during the day or evenings.

Voto 10 alla disponibilità ed alla professionalità dei ragazzi in reception ed allo staff in generale. Top il servizio di noleggio scooter (da preferire per spostarsi rispetto ai costosi taxi) direttamente in struttura.
