My partner and I couldn’t be more grateful for our stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Tulum. It is in the quieter part of the beach strip, but close enough to many great restaurants and bars. The rooms are a great size have a beautiful view of the water. The beach is also cleaned daily from seaweed and rubbish (many other hotels don’t do this as regularly). We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and were provided with fresh water each day. A special mention to Jerónimo, Marcelino and restaurant staff, who were very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable when we had any questions regarding the area. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would love to come back one day!

The staff was friendly, warm, hospitable and very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The food was delicious both at the hotel and their nearby restaurant NU. Our stay was great overall.

Im still dreaming about the food in moro especially the breakfast, we ate in a lot of restaurants in Tulum and it was definitely the best. The swimming pool is amazing and the bedrooms were very comfortable- loved the outdoor bathroom. The staff were all lovely...this is definelty one of my favourite hotels I've ever stayed.
