The staff was exceptionally friendly all the time. We were able to communicate with the Concierge pretty much 24/7 via Whatsapp - very convenient. In addition the pool was beautiful and the overall ambiente made this one of our most enjoyable vacations.

Nice and affordable hotel in Tulum. They have gated parking for your car just across the street. The staff and the manager will do anything to make your stay as great as possible. Rooms are nice with movable beds. Food is great. Wifi is excellent. The beach is nice to spend the day. You have a couple of good restaurants in walkable distance.

The staff were very accomodating especially as we moved between the beach and the pool/hot tub, shout out to "King David" and Joshua! the Panamera Suites rooms on the beach were beautiful, stay on the first floor if possible and you can walk out your room right into the sand.
