Very clean hotel. Close to the train station and to convenience stores. Laundry area was very nice. Breakfast was good.

Minor detail: the room key has a wooden design, which is a fantastic touch to the overall nature theme of the hotel. The breakfast hall is vast and is open outside the breakfast hours (breakfast contains local dishes, and I highly recommend trying it). There, you can enjoy a working space + free coffee and tea. We also got some discounts for restaurants around the hotel, and we used this option for dinner. The street the hotel is located on is very picturesque, and we also enjoyed strolls in the neighborhood. The castle is within walking distance, as well as some shrines.

Great small clean and neat room. Well thought details, like pijamas and power points. Close to the station and shops. Very helpful staff at the reception. The bathroom space can be too confined for large people.

Super clean. Very dilicious breakfast. The public hot spring that the Birupaku provided the ticket was really nice too.

Well situated in the Aoi Ward district of Shizuoka, APA Hotel Shizuoka-eki Kita is located 800 metres from Shizuoka Station, 12 km from Shimizu Station and 200 metres from Hodai-in Temple. I like that it was super clean. Bathtub was very clean and made me feel comfortable bathing my grandson in it. Room was quiet. I heard no extraneous noise. Bed was comfortable and the tv was large, flat screen and had English language options. Temp control was great. Coffee shop across the street was convenient. Close to Shinkansen train station, nice bars nearby, and restaurants.
