Hotel Okura Kyoto Okazaki Bettei -Age Requirement 12 over- tem um centro de fitness, jardim, um restaurante e bar em Quioto. O tamanho do quarto é EXCELENTE. A cama extremamente confortável, enorme e, com roupas de cama maravilhosas! A disposição do banheiro, que é separado em 3 partes, foi um diferencial. Os amenities são MARAVILHOSOS! Na recepção do hotel, tem arranjos de flores naturais que é um grande destaque na chegada. O staff do hotel é muito gentil (não acontece o mesmo, com a equipe do café da manhã):

Em Quioto, a cerca de 5 minutos a pé de Teatro Samurai Kembu de Quioto, Rinn Niomon tem um jardim, quartos não fumador e acesso Wi-Fi gratuito. When i booked this i though we might struggle a bit since in the map it shows it could be a bit of a hazle getting there from the station. However, it was the complete oposite. It is walking distance to yown, but far enough the noise will not bother you, the inside streets where the hotel is are really quiet and so the other guests. We were upgraded for free, which was a very pleasant surprise! The room was huge, and so comfortable. The bathroom and toilet room were spotless, and they give you amenities! There is a laundry area and even vending machines. If you dont want to go out for dinner, you have a fresco market a few blocks away athat sell anything you want. The staff was amazing as well, even if we didnt speak any Japanese and they spoke very little English, we both had translator apps and they were very patient with me. Will definitely come back in the next trip!

Giappo Franca is on a quiet road and still close to everything. When I arrived, the staff were extremely helpful and explained everything I might need to know. Sylvia told me about an art show the hotel was hosting and explained the artist's series of the places in Japan from Tokyo to Kyoto. Very cool indeed. My room was spacious, clean and covered in tatami mats and it even smelled good. I had a Japanese bed and there were instructions on how to use a futon. The bathroom had a nice Japanese bath and nice soaps and shampoo available. There was even a cute little outdoor sitting area outside my room. I had an early flight out of Kansai International Airport and the staff could not have been more helpful in assisting me in finding the best way to get there. The location and the map that they gave me, it was super helpful. The owner were so nice and explained everything in an easy way. The room has a beautiful view.

Yuki san and Tadashi san are very accommodating, and super nice. Tadashi san even went to a nearby event at the same time as us and was sweet enough to translate for us when we didn't understand directions. The facilities are very nice and very good value for money. The hosts also have very thorough and in my opinion very good advice for local hikes/attractions and restaurants! And the view of the temple from the western style room is phenomenal.

Fufu Kyoto localiza-se em Quioto, a 7 minutos a pé de Templo Shoren-in e a 1 km de Teatro Samurai Kembu de Quioto. I was really sick one night during my stay. The hotel staff helped me called ambulance and translated my situation to medical team arrived. Luckily, my situation got stable soon and I was not need to be transferred to a hospital. The hotel staff helped me changed bed linen and did a quick room cleanup for me. Next morning, they cooked rice congee for me and brought breakfast to my room. Their service was excellent and thanks to their quick response to my emergency moment. They are all professional and friendly.

The staff was the kindest and most welcoming I've met. They were also enthusiastic and got happy when they did a good job and saw us satisfied.

Designed by Togo Murano, The Prince Kyoto Takaragaike offers spacious rooms centred around a Japanese garden. The rooms are spacious, the room design, and the view were all great. Great breakfast selections, my booking did not include a breakfast, but there were 3 restaurants at the hotel which offered that, one of which was a buffet. I got a recommendation by booking.com to have a shower box, it was not clear if the bathtub had a shower (both did) when switched my booking i found that my room as both a bathtub and a shower box, which was convenient Staff are super friendly The building is a ring shape, where I believe all rooms have a an amazing view of Takaragaike area. The center is a garden. My room view was of trees.
