Service, room, Japanese breakfast and dinner were excellent. My wife mentioned that it was my birthday and I was left a very sweet message in my room. We purposely chose this location to be away from the more busy areas of Kyoto. Logistically, it worked perfect. There is a grocery store across the street. Taxis were easy and convenient and we were also able to walk to the Philosopher’s Path and other areas easily.

This was the second time I stayed here. It was just as memorable as the first if not better. The rooms were wonderful and the hotel is very convenient placed near many attractions but not in a crowded street so it's fairly quiet! The stuff is really polite! The tatami room is really really really nice and the lighting and decor is excellent!!

Beautiful location on the river with a nice shopping street and train station nearby. Staff were extremely helpful when we had questions about how to go see a baseball game in Osaka. Very attentive staff who even call the elevator for you.

Guest House Nishimura - Vacation STAY 13436 ligger mindre end 1 km fra Heian-helligdommen og 14 minutters gang fra Eikan-do Zenrin-ji-templet i Kyoto. Yuki san and Tadashi san are very accommodating, and super nice. Tadashi san even went to a nearby event at the same time as us and was sweet enough to translate for us when we didn't understand directions. The facilities are very nice and very good value for money. The hosts also have very thorough and in my opinion very good advice for local hikes/attractions and restaurants! And the view of the temple from the western style room is phenomenal.

Kyoto Sanjo Ohashi ligger godt placeret i bydelen Sakyo i Kyoto, 300 m fra Samurai Kembu Kyoto, 1,2 km fra Shoren-in-templet og 1,6 km fra Heian-helligdommen. Very good location, easy check in. Nice kitchennette with possibillity to microwave bentos (ready meals) bought in nearby shops. Big plus for washing mashine (remember to take your washing liquide or capsules, or you can buy it in reception during business hours). Additinal small fare for kitchen facilities like plates or pann (you can collect them diring business hours), oy cups are available free of charge
