Everything was beyond expectation. The staff are all extremely thoughtful and helpful. Yuko-san helped to book the most incredible kaiseki dinner at a local restaurant for us. The bed was soo comfortable and the amenities were amazing. Ask to borrow the foot massagers. Very helpful after a long day of walking.

Facilities are also good and nice. Location is really outstanding, close to the station and I like the view of river very much.
