Hotel Tivoli is near the San Tomà ferry stop, in Venice's busy university district. Santa Lucia Railway Station is 700 metres away and you can walk to Rialto Bridge in 10 minutes. I loved the staff, location, breakfast was phenomenal. There was a very cute courtyard too.
