Near the Grand Canal, this 17th-century villa offers its own private garden, a quiet setting, and a central location in Venice near the Accademia water-bus stop. Free WiFi is provided. The location is very nice and cozy and te villa has an historical flavor. The rooms had a very nice canal view. The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was fairly rich. I would definitively come back.

The location is perfect since it’s in a very quite area, but very close to San Marco. And also the customer service is at another level, we felt extremely welcomed and we got a lot of help in planning everything we wanted for our trip (thank you Corina, you were amazing)! The restaurant is also very good, with delicious dishes and friendly staff. Can’t wait to be back!

The location of the hotel was fantastic, steps from the Accademie bridge.
