The staff truly made our stay exceptional, with Stephan and Valeria going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail really made us feel welcome. The breakfast each morning was wonderful, offering a delightful start to our day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we can’t wait to return to this gem in Venice!
