Good location with a great view, about a ten minute walk to Piazza San Marco (just far enough from the madding crow to be relaxing), with great restaurants close by and just steps from a water bus stop. Friendly helpful staff.

Ruzzini Palace Hotel is set in Campo Santa Maria Formosa, one of Venice's largest and oldest squares. This historic building has beautiful décor and is 10 minutes' walk from Rialto. Ideally located near both San Marco and Rialto. Beautiful and elegant historic building that used to the house of a Doge (Venetian ruler). Accommodating, efficient and courteous staff.

Ideally set in the centre of Venice, Palazzo Maria Formosa features air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. This 5-star hotel offers room service and a concierge service. My 4th time to Venice and never have I experienced it so comfortably as I did at this property. Beautifully done palace. Great location, everywhere is a few minutes walk and located within a peaceful square. Super friendly and attentive staff. Spacious room with a high ceiling. They have an elevator for those who can’t take stairs. Amenities within the room including a Dyson blow dryer, coffee machine, fridge. They have their own water taxi dock. Oh and what a delicious breakfast!
