Impeccably clean, bright room, very nice furnishings. Very nice soaps and shampoo. Short walk to centre. Parking outside the building. The absolute best thing were the beds, so soft and comfortable. Very rare for a hotel to offer such luxurious beds, lightweight down duvets and soft linen. It felt like sleeping on clouds. Really good coffee at the reception, too.

Set an 8-minute drive from central Reykjavik, this hotel offers free parking and brightly decorated rooms with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Kringlan Shopping Centre is 1 km away. Value for money. Clean nice and modern room. Sumptuous & generous breakfast. Few mins drive to the restos downtown. Friendly staff.

מלון פיניקס (Hotel Phoenix) ממוקם ברחוב Laugavegur – הרחוב הראשי של רייקיאוויק (Reykjavík), במרחק של 250 מ’ מהטיילת על המים, ומציע אווירה אינטימית, חדרים שמעוצבים בטוב טעם וחניה בחינם. The phoenix hotel was such a lovely place to stay. The hotel was cosy, rooms were spotless, they even did a turn down service with a chocolate on your pillow in the evening! The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and we really liked the skyr! Excellent location only a minute walk to where all the bus tours can pick you up. I would definitely recommended staying here.

Great location, great comunication with owner, really modern room and access doesnt need staff you are given a code to make a self checkin. Everything was actually really good

Clean, tidy, comfortable beds, good light, sufficient spacious room. Clean and spacious bathroom. Pretty clear instructions on how to access to the room. Breakfast was generous and tasty. Dinner served at the restaurant was tasty and of good quality. Bar & restaurant personnel were very nice and professional. Easily reachable from the hotel to the city center by bus. Supermarkets and other restaurants within short walking distance from the hotel. When hotel's parking was full, there were plenty parking places outside the hotel in its immediate vicinity. Easy to drive out the city for the major sights from the hotel.

I liked the person who picked up my phone call at 1-2am to help me find entrance I had a very late check in and he helped me to get in :)
