Staff are helpful, resourceful, friendly, and courteous. Facilities include a rare to find gym and free washing machine and dryer. We washed our clothes daily. Location is amazing. A 2 minute walk to MTR subway, 5 minute walk to tram stations. We made so many trips by taking the cheap HK$3 tram to Causeway Bay.

We got an upgrade of the room to the suite that was great in terms of the size, view, amenities, etc. The rooms are huge for Hong Kong standards.
