The beds were dreamy, showers were ideal, and the beauty products were really great. The best part after coming home from each day/night in the rain or air conditioning, was the warm toilet. haha The towels were in mint condition. The room temperature was fast to adjust also. Ideal comfort. The breakfast selection was delightful. The chef offered to make me gluten free bread without a hesitation - and was wonderful! Staff was wonderful, offering little tricks and tips on everything from getting around the city, to also finding the better price for breakfast.

The skyline room had an amazing view overlooking the harbour, very tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. There was Halal food options around the area, so it was easy to get access to food.

Got a free upgrade. Staff all helpful and just the ease of getting to the MTR was great. Room was comfy and cosy.

It’s like they taught about everything, every little detail. The rooms are amazing and the Harbor view is priceless less. The best hotel gym I’ve been in my life and amazing pool. Breakfast is also another league. Kudos.
