Must admit this hotel exceeded my expectations. ① Their front desk was very courteous and on duty 24 hours a day! The check-in process was quick and easy with no delays! ③ The double room I stayed in had floor-to-ceiling windows, which is very friendly to couples or travellers who want to catch a glimpse of the city. ④ The air-conditioning, TV and fridge were all in good working order and the bath water was a comfortable temperature.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The room was very large, all facilities were there. Nice view from my room, comfortable bed and good shower. Check in, even at 4AM, was a breeze. I love the basic breakfast, just as sandwich with coffee; more you don’t need. There is a gym but didn’t use it. Elevator is fast.

the Figo is located in the hub of Sheung Wan, a 4-minute walk from Sai Ying Pun MTR Station and 15-minute walk from Sheung Wan MTR Station. Location was good for getting away from the super hectic area of Hong Kong. Room was good value for money: clean, nice design, maximized space. Service was swift and reliable.
