Must admit this hotel exceeded my expectations. ① Their front desk was very courteous and on duty 24 hours a day! The check-in process was quick and easy with no delays! ③ The double room I stayed in had floor-to-ceiling windows, which is very friendly to couples or travellers who want to catch a glimpse of the city. ④ The air-conditioning, TV and fridge were all in good working order and the bath water was a comfortable temperature.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The room was very large, all facilities were there. Nice view from my room, comfortable bed and good shower. Check in, even at 4AM, was a breeze. I love the basic breakfast, just as sandwich with coffee; more you don’t need. There is a gym but didn’t use it. Elevator is fast.

The location is perfect, walking distance from the MTR station. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was super clean, really spacious and it came with a nice urban view (13nd floor). The coffee machine in the room was outstanding. These little things really can make the difference.

the Figo is located in the hub of Sheung Wan, a 4-minute walk from Sai Ying Pun MTR Station and 15-minute walk from Sheung Wan MTR Station. Location was good for getting away from the super hectic area of Hong Kong. Room was good value for money: clean, nice design, maximized space. Service was swift and reliable.
