This recently constructed hotel is located in Amphithea, only 2.5 mi from Ioannina city center. Anemolia Resort and Spa features rooms full of character, with old-style furniture and wooden floors. very friendly staff which were so accommodating when getting information on where to go, excellent! Very rich breakfast buffet with lots of typical Greek pastry, sweet and savory, to choose from.

Offering quiet street views, Lago Verde in Ioannina features accommodations and a garden. This apartment provides air-conditioned accommodations with a balcony. The apartment is brand new and very comfy, quiet and spacious. The communication with Tania the owner was perfect and all we needed was answered.

MONTANA LAKE VIEW in Ioannina provides accommodations with a garden and a tennis court. Featuring mountain and lake views, this guest house also comes with free Wifi. Katerina is an excellent host attending to her guests in the most appropriate fashion. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Very clean, impeccably decorated, warm and well organized. The breakfast was generous, delicious and well presented. The view from the room was priceless We will definitely be back ! Outstanding!

Lake House Ioannina is located in Ioannina, just 1.9 miles from Perama cave and 3.5 miles from Zosimea Library of Ioannina. This property met and exceeded our expectations. The view was spectacular, and we loved everything about this place. A very homey feel and one of the best places to stay in the area! The went above and beyond with EVERYTHING!!! The kitchen had everything that you needed with many treats and different coffees to start the day. The complimentary wine was a nice touch and there were nice extra touches with the towels wrapped with a ribbon and some lavender sprigs for decoration. It was one of the BEST places that we have stayed at and we wish that we could have stayed longer. It is a short drive into the city, but a nice treat to stay just outside and view the city from the balcony.

Lake View offers accommodations in Ioannina, 1.6 miles from Perama cave and 3.2 miles from Zosimea Library of Ioannina. Great location, easy to find, comfortable apartment with lots of beds. Not only a coffee machine, but there were also coffee capsules available. Everything we needed was there (including tsipouro!)

House with view is one of the best if not the best property we have stayed in Greece! The property is ultra clean, the bed was so comfortable, shower is fantastic and the view is the best! It was also so very quiet at night that you are guaranteed the best sleep and only 10 minutes by car to the centre of Ioannina. Yianni and Maria the hosts are wonderful and make you feel like family. They provided jam, honey and rusks for breakfast and delicious cake as well. Thank you Yianni and Maria and we cannot wait to return!
