Lake view is a ground floor apartment of 70 sq.m in Amfithea Ioannina, in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature overlooking the lake and the city. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower and a terrace. On foot on an easy path you can go mountain hiking and admire the view from above. In half an hour you reach the first Zagorochoria.
You only need 7 minutes to be in the city center and on the pier of the lake for your walks. At 5 minutes by car there is a large super market, bakery, cafes. Amfithea is famous for its taverns overlooking the lake. 3 minutes away is the unique Perama Cave. At 5 minutes there is the airport of Ioannina.
