Finally, you can get a very relaxing massage at the small spa next to the swimming pool at a decent price.

The apartment is exactly as the photos brand new , functional, and cosy. I love the area on this side of the lake as it is easy to get around without traffic. They are pet friendly which is a plus. The shower was great , wifi worked well. The owner was quick to respond to everything.

We’ve had many pleasant experiences in the places weve stayed over the years, but every so often there is one that shines above all others. Montana Lake View is one of those places. Katerina is your host, and she immediately makes you feel as if you’re part of the family. Not only is she a good host she’s a great cook as well, so be prepared for a wonderful breakfast with a view overlooking the lake. If you want help with planning your visit to the region Katerina is a good trip coordinator as well. If you carefully analyze the Booking.com reviews to find good places like we do…..look no further.

This property met and exceeded our expectations. The view was spectacular, and we loved everything about this place. A very homey feel and one of the best places to stay in the area! The went above and beyond with EVERYTHING!!! The kitchen had everything that you needed with many treats and different coffees to start the day. The complimentary wine was a nice touch and there were nice extra touches with the towels wrapped with a ribbon and some lavender sprigs for decoration. It was one of the BEST places that we have stayed at and we wish that we could have stayed longer. It is a short drive into the city, but a nice treat to stay just outside and view the city from the balcony.

Not only a coffee machine, but there were also coffee capsules available. Everything we needed was there (including tsipouro!)

My stay here was perfect. Giannis and Maria are wonderful and kind hosts, they ensured we have the best stay possible, they welcomed us with a homemade tsoureki (sweet bread) and were always at our disposal for anything. There was a short water outage in the whole Ioannina for a few hours and they provided us with extra water for the night without us even asking. Also, the view from the house is amazing, we truly enjoyed it! Highly recommended to stay here if you are ever in Ioannina or Amfithea.
