Not only is she a good host she’s a great cook as well, so be prepared for a wonderful breakfast with a view overlooking the lake. Set in Ioannina, 3.1 km from Perama cave, Lake House Ioannina offers recently renovated accommodation with free WiFi and a terrace. This property met and exceeded our expectations. The view was spectacular, and we loved everything about this place. A very homey feel and one of the best places to stay in the area! The went above and beyond with EVERYTHING!!! The kitchen had everything that you needed with many treats and different coffees to start the day. The complimentary wine was a nice touch and there were nice extra touches with the towels wrapped with a ribbon and some lavender sprigs for decoration. It was one of the BEST places that we have stayed at and we wish that we could have stayed longer. It is a short drive into the city, but a nice treat to stay just outside and view the city from the balcony.

Great location, easy to find, comfortable apartment with lots of beds. Not only a coffee machine, but there were also coffee capsules available. Everything we needed was there (including tsipouro!)

Everything was perfect, clean and tidy, a very well-equipped apartment, the hosts are charming and very kind, they even baked us a very delicious cake, there is a view of the lake and a balcony where you can see the sunset, close to the lake and the city center, 10 minutes. I will definitely return to this place

A spacious, well-decorated studio with high quality fixtures and fittings, in excellent condition. Situated near the lake, in a quiet location. Restaurant available on the ground floor, open off-season. Easy to find key safe. Fairly close to airport and bus station, but no noise from either. Walks easy to find up the mountain behind the hotel, giving wonderful views of the surrounding beautiful landscape.
