A boutique hotel in the heart of York just a 10-minute walk from York Minster. Excellent customer service and the premises and facilities were were exceptionally maintained. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.

On a quiet tree-lined cul-de-sac, B+B York is a 10-minute stroll from York city centre and offers en-suite rooms, bar/lounge facilities and on-site car parking. The room was very comfortable, good size , quite enough, there was a fan but was not needed, still nice thought. There was a coffee machine that we dudn't know how to operate, so we made regular coffee. The location is great , walking distance from everywhere, they have parking facilities so we left the car and walked.

The hosts, Jonathan who was front of house was so friendly and informative. Anthony cooked breakfast and it was delicious. They keep the place spotless with the help of two young ladies.

Clean and comfortable, big kitchen and clean bathroom. Nice balcony. Perfect parking in front of the house.

Quan vam arribar al matí, l'habitació ja estava llesta i ens van deixar fer el check in abans. El personal va ser molt amable i amigable, l'habitació era preciosa, còmode i tot estava molt net. L'allotjament estava molt ben localitzat, a prop del centre de York. Ens va agradar tenir ràdio a l'habitació, la quantitat d'amenities al bany (bastonets de les orelles, discos desmaquillants, sabons, gorro de dutxa, etc) i les xocolatines per poder acompanyar el te :)

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, St Raphael is just 600 metres from York Minster. Lovely double room with lots of space - bed was nice and big which was good as I was sharing with my 17 year old son . Great choices at breakfast. Quiet street perfectly located a walk from rail station and the town centre.
