Our residence was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all desired amenities. The housekeeping staff was attentive and ensured our rooms were spotless and well-stocked.

Loooove everything! - The city view corner room was truly amazing - Helpful, professional staff - Calm professional hotel lobby ambience, loved working there - Bed was also sooo comfy - The location was nice, near a few stations including Tower Hill, Aldgate, or even Liverpool Street (to-from Heathrow) - Worth the money spent I didn't get the breakfast Everything was perfect during my stay here I would stay here again for sure! :)

Un hotel foarte bun,, aflat chiar lângă stația de metrou Tower Hill, cu toate dotările și confortul necesar, foarte curat, cu un mic dejun generos. Personalul a fost întotdeauna binevoitor, m-a ajutat chiar sa fac un upgrade in timpul sejurului, către o camera executive, a cărei vedere spre Tower Bridge este minunată.
