Hotel is very well situated, just right in front of Aldgate tube station. The room was new and very nicely decorated and also had a smart TV. We liked everything and would stay here again.

Amazing location right next to Tower Hill station, the room was spacious, clean and the receptionist lady was extremely friendly. There's also free filtered water in the hallway, so no need to buy bottled water. Nothing to complain about.

We booked an executive king room with a view. Absolutely Beautiful view. The Tower of London just ahead and below us, the London bridge just ahead of us, and the share to our right with views of the River Thames. It was stunning. We arrived at sunset and it was perfect. It’s also super easy check in/check out, and there’s naturally flavoured water available when you arrive, as well as apples for a snack. The pool is beautiful, and the sauna was great. Staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a hot dog stand outside as well which is a bonus. We loved our stay here. And there’s lots of good pubs nearby for lunch/dinner but things do close quite early in this district so that’s worth noting. Make sure you get out early to enjoy a night out or plan to head to soho or the west end or shoreditch. Their clubs close at like 2am even in the most lovely areas so plan for that. Also the hotel serves nespresso - so no need to venture out for a coffee in the morning, you can enjoy a good cup of espresso & lap in the views from your room instead.
