Booking our stay at Double Tree was one of the best things we did. We chose London for Christmas holidays and it was our baby girl’s first Christmas. We owe a big big thank you to Anastasios who made our stay very special and memorable at Double Tree with the Christmasy room set-up and all the other compliments which really surprised us. He was so kind and helpful with our requests. Rishi also helped us with information and other stuff and thank you very much to him as well. Basically the staff were friendly and welcoming at Double tree and the hotel amenities and the room was clean, neat and tidy. Hotel is just a minute walk from Tower hill station which connects number of underground lines. We would highly recommend Double tree - Tower of London if you are choosing London.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to the tube station Tower Bridge and to the said sight and Tower of London as well. Furthermore, there are plenty of sights in walking distance. The whole area surrounding the hotel is clean and not overcrowded by tourists. The hotel facilities are clean and well maintained. The rooms and windows are soundproof, despite having a small street next to it. The breakfast has a wonderful variety of food to offer and the restaurant in the evening in the hotel is great either. Additionally, the rooms are big enough for two people, ours offered a side bed for a third one. HVAC works as intended. It is a wonderful hotel to stay. We will keep it in mind for our next trip to London.
