We were treated well right from check-in to check-out! We requested early check-in and they accommodated us. The rooms were spotless and comfortable and staff were incredibly friendly. We felt very safe in this hotel and a doorman welcomed us back at the end of each day. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

We have rented vacation flats in London on many occasions over the last 20 years. Shaftesbury Chic rates right there at the top. Everything was perfect - immaculate, well-stocked, roomy, and very comfortable. Yes, the area is noisy up until around 2am, but that's part of its charm. We loved just people-watching from the window. And if the windows are closed, you hardly hear anything. 3 huge fans are provided if it gets too hot - which it didn't, being 4 stories (American) up. There was always a lovely breeze due to the window placement. The elevator only holds 2 at a time, but the stairs are shallow, safe, and open to view.

Ez was an amazing host, sweet and friendly person. It was such a great place to stay, very cozy. Loved the apartment, worth every penny. Will surely come back to the same apartment whenever we visit London.

The apartment was very clean, there are two double bedrooms downstairs, the ensuite one is a good size. Upstairs is a small kitchen, with everything you would need, and a generous living area with a comfortable sofa bed. Communication with the host was good, and it was easy to collect the keys from a shop two minutes away. The location was perfect - we were able to walk by foot to many of the main shopping areas, theatres, and museums, and there were convenient Tube stops close by if needed also. The apartment was very warm with heaters that heated up very quickly.
