The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the hotel's urban vibe, which suited us perfectly. While breakfast comes at an additional cost, the price is fair for the quality and variety offered. The location is absolutely perfect – a peaceful yet well-connected neighborhood with plenty of hidden gems for brunch or coffee. It truly captures the authentic spirit of London. As a nice touch, since we didn’t use the housekeeping services, we received free drink vouchers for the hotel bar. Luggage storage was free of charge, and the option for a late check-out was a great bonus. We would definitely choose this hotel again!

Getting in and out of the unit was very easy. The apartment was clean and comfy. I would stay here again!
