Staff at the reception is very helpful and nice. We had booked three rooms but one of them was situated on a different floor, we asked if we can all stay at the same floor and they were so nice and arrange that for us. Hotel is in a quiet street with the park close by, underground station and buses also. On the main street you have everything you need, form pubs and restaurants to stores Very clean rooms and lovely decor

This well established 4-star hotel is on the popular Chiswick High Road, which offers boutique shops, restaurants and vibrant bars. Perfect Location, comfortable and clean rooms, good breakfast, good house keeping, helpful staff, easy checkin. Had initial discomfort with 2 rooms at distant, however reception staff made it comfortable by proving connecting rooms. overall experience was very good. Parking was easy and comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay. The room was comfortable and has an amazing view over the Thames. Breakfast was very enjoyable, both with the offered food being delicious, and especially talking with the wonderful hosts about everything and anything. We discovered we have quite a lot of interests in common, so these lovely interactions were the cherry on top of a wonderful week. I also immensely enjoyed the area with its spacious and countryside-like feel, while still being well-connected to public transport (busses and mainline train). The nearby Underground stations (Gunnersbury/Chiswick Park/Turnham Green) are a pleasant walk from the establishment, but you can also take one of the nearby busses.

It is in a great location only a few minutes walk away from Chiswick High Rd where there are plentiful shops, bars and restaurants. Check in was easy as we were met at the property and shown round by a very pleasant young man. Check out was more unclear as we didn’t receive clear instructions regarding what to do with the keys and nobody returned my messsges and phone calls.

A lovely place. The driveway was super helpful. Lovely and big with lots of space for us all. Super clean and great facilities. The rooms were so big, lots of space for us to spread out. Great location to head into Central London. Supermarket right up the street.
